Splash Branding License Notice

Requirements for Manifest Labs branding in exported games

Mandatory Branding

All games created with Manifest MUST display the "Powered by Manifest Labs" splash screen for 1-1.5 seconds when launched. This requirement applies to ALL subscription tiers, including Creator Ultimate with full commercial export rights.

1. Branding Requirements

  • Splash screen must appear first, before any other branding
  • Minimum display duration: 1 second
  • Maximum display duration: 1.5 seconds
  • Cannot be skipped, bypassed, or removed
  • Must be clearly visible and readable

2. Additional Branding

Creator Ultimate tier users may add their own splash screens or branding, provided:

  • Manifest Labs splash appears FIRST
  • Your branding appears AFTER the Manifest splash
  • You cannot remove or modify the Manifest splash
  • Your branding does not obscure the Manifest splash

3. Purpose

The Manifest Labs splash screen serves to:

  • Maintain platform identity and recognition
  • Enable game discoverability within the Manifest ecosystem
  • Support the Manifest community and creator network
  • Comply with engine licensing requirements

4. Violations

Attempting to remove, modify, or bypass the Manifest Labs splash screen is a violation of this license and may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Revocation of export rights
  • Legal action for license violation
  • Removal of games from distribution platforms

5. Acceptance

By using Manifest to create and export games, you agree to these branding requirements. This license is non-negotiable and applies to all users regardless of subscription tier.
