Your Privacy Choices
This page is Manifest’s central privacy-control interface. The toggles below change the site’s actual behavior immediately — they are not just a statement of rights. Where a right requires human handling (access, deletion, exports), the request composer prepares a verified email to support@manifestanything.ai.
1. Your rights at Manifest
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information; to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising; to limit uses of sensitive personal information; to withdraw consent; and to appeal a privacy decision. Manifest honors these rights for everyone, regardless of location. Manifest does not sell personal information and does not run targeted advertising, so those opt-outs are recorded and preserved rather than disabling an existing practice.

3. Submit a privacy request
Choose a request type. We prepare an email to support@manifestanything.ai with the correct subject line; send it from the address associated with your account where possible. Requests involving access, correction, deletion, or export require identity verification before we act — we will never disclose account information to an unverified requester.

Open request email to support@manifestanything.aiSubject line used: “Privacy Request — Access”. We respond within a reasonable period and verify your identity before fulfilling qualifying requests.
4. Account & data deletion
Manifest does not currently offer one-click self-service account deletion, because deletion must be verified to protect your projects, purchases, and reservations. To delete your account and personal data, use the “Delete My Data” request above or email support@manifestanything.ai from your account’s email address.
On verified deletion we remove your account information, projects, generated games, cinematics, assets, and creator content. Purchases and reservations are handled per our Refund Policy. We may retain limited records (such as transaction and security logs) where the law requires it, and we will tell you what is retained and why.
5. Authorized agents & appeals
You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf; we will require proof of authorization and still verify your identity for qualifying requests. If we deny a request, we explain why, and you can appeal using the “Appeal a Decision” request type with subject “Privacy Request Appeal”.
